Smarty Arty has introduced it's membership program, helping Educators with ideas to support and extend the play based learning environment.

How it works?

Our monthly planning is devised around a theme, like the EYLF suggests we reccomend that this follows a child's play or interest. This does not mean that the Educator cannot preplan to give the children an opportunity to explore a theme. As it is our job as an Educator to provide the new experiences, concepts and ideas for the children to discover.

Smarty Arty has taken the step from a preplanning sense and created concept webs giving you lots of ideas. Backed them up with details document sheets covering the EYLF and lots of supporting information about the theme, including songs and stories, colouring in, simple activities, links to other sites to support the child's play. We also show you while exploring a theme you can invite children to learn and extend their knowledge of simple maths, science, language skills, social skills are more.

This theme planning is emailed or sent by paper (your choice) to you each month. You can use it, store it, save it, keep it for use over and over again, for when you may need it or when your child led programming takes you there. We see it as a constantly growing library available at your fingertips.
