Your orders will be processed when your payment clears.

Paying by credit card or paypal is the fastest clearing option.

Bank transfer or cheque can take up to a week to clear.

I try to process all orders within 3 business days. Postage can take between 1 day up to 2 weeks depending on your location. We are based in Queensland.

For some items like the child portfolios, they can take a week in production as they are handmade and personalised.
