Postage & Shipping Terms

Thank you for choosing to shop with Smarty Arty.

We try very hard to keep our postage rates affordable to our customers.

Postage is calculated through our website automatically. Postage rates are listed below.

Orders up to $10. Postage is $7.50
Order between $11-$55. Postage is $11.00

Orders between $56-$75. Postage is $15.00

Orders between $75-$120. Postage is $20.00

Orders over $120. Postage is capped at $30.00

We send our parcels through fastway couriers and Australia Post.

All parcels include standard tracking.


Please provide accurate address details on your order. If you have entered an incorrect delivery address and the item has already been processed Smarty Arty will not be responsible for replacing or resending the items ordered.

Website prices.

All prices on the website are in Australian Dollars and we reserve the right to alter them at any time, without giving proir notice to our customers. All prices on the website include GST (where applicable).
Delivery prices do not include transport insurance and/or redelivery costs if you fail to collect your parcel from the courier or Australia Post in a timely manner. (within 1 week of being carded)


Smarty Arty excepts payment via Visa or Mastercard, bank transfer and Paypal.

Order Processing

We try to process all orders within 5 days of being ordered. This excludes paper memberships.
However due to the nature of the business, and given the fact that we manufacture our art packs, portfolios, planners etc this time frame can take up to 2 weeks in busy times. Orders to not go on the processing line until payment is made and clears.
Our working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, excluding any public holidays in QLD. We can be contacted outside these hours via email.


At Smarty Arty we choose to use a combination of both Fastway Couriers and Australia Post eparcel. Both of these services have tracking. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we would expect orders to reach their destination within 2-10 days of postage. You can always check the status of your order by logging in online and viewing your account. If your order states complete that is the day it left for delivery.
If you should require insurance on your order or wish for your order to be sent express, please contact us to discuss addtional costs.

Out of Stock

If an item is ordered that is out of stock, you will be notified and we reserve the right to refund that portion of the order. We will also give you the option to substitute the product or hold it on back order until it arrives back in stock. We have no control over back order times from the suppliers, we are generally able to give you a rough estimate, but cannot guarantee any time frame.
